What form of payment do you accept?

Yes, your Paypal information is secure and is encrypted through our ordering process. We never share your personal information with anyone else.

How will my products be shipped?

We are currently only shipping to the United States, via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. If your retail purchase is $50 or more, shipping is FREE.

How long will it take to receive my order.

If you are purchasing an item that is currently being offered on our web-site is should ship the next business day. If you are purchasing an item that needs to be constructed, it may take between 1 and 3 weeks. The time difference depends on the availability of the stones, beads or components or if the design requires additional approval by the customer.

If I saw an item in the "Sold Gallery" would I be able to purchase it?

No. Since each item is unique and one of a kind, this would not be possible. Although, if there is an item that you would like something similar to, please contact us. We will do our best to make a similar piece to your satisfaction.

Do you offer special sales of any kind?

Yes, when you sign in the Guest Book, you will receive e-mails whenever there are sales special going on.

What tax rate do you charge?

We only charge the local tax rate in the state of Pennsylvania.
