Return Policy

We appreciate and value your business and want your complete satisfaction. If you should need to return your unworn jewelry for any reason you must contact us at admin@maximumjewelrydesign.com to receive a return authorization. The item(s) must be returned within two (2) weeks of the original delivery date.

When the item(s) are received you will receive a refund minus the initial shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee.  The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping cost.

There are no refunds on any custom jewelry order(s).

Shipping Policy

• In-stock orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. 
• Custom orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks via USPS Priority Mail.
• Free shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more.
• Shipping costs for orders up to $49.99 is $4.60

Damage Goods Policy

If you receive any items that are damaged you must contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail and you will be instructed on how to return your damaged item(s).
