Refund policy

Returns require pre-approval.

If you wish to request a return, please email Manuela@MaximumJewelryDesign.com before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval and must be in original, unworn condition. If an item is returned in lesser condition, a partial refund may be issued if discussed and agreed upon in advance, depending on the circumstances.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom or personalized items and earrings are not eligible for return.
